I like to enjoy life as it presents it's self. I enjoy alpine climbing, skiing, sailing, mountain biking and spending time with my family and friends. I am happily married and we have 3 children.
In 2007 I founded g-company, one of the first Google Cloud partners in Northern Europe. In 15 years, g-company has grown to tens of millions in revenue, more than 70 consultants and we have won a Google Cloud Partner of the Year Award 4 times in a row. In 2021 we sold g-company to Xebia. I left the company at the end of 2022 and since 2023 I am available as a coach.
From the start of g-company I had two important coaches: Lambert Pater and Jan Stoof. In addition, my father Frans Saris has always been an important coach to me. In a later phase of g-company, Erik Aeyelts Averink was of great help to me. Without the help of my coaches, I would never have gotten this far as an entrepreneur.
When we started growing seriously, I asked my coach at the time, "How do I manage growth?" His answer was, "Manage growth? Why would you want to manage growth? You have to look for the bottlenecks that are holding you back from growing faster." And that is what I have been doing ever since.
The 15 years of g-company have been a great experience of which I am very proud. The most valuable thing: the people. People who are very close to my heart. I am truly grateful for the opportunity I had to work with such a group of wonderful people. Thanks to them I have learned a lot, I have grown enormously and I have built precious friendships.
I did the Professional Coach Training with the Co-active Training Institute in 2024 and now I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). This has been an amazing experience. ‘People are naturally creative, resourceful and whole’ is one of the cornerstones of the co-active model and is so aligned with my values.
