I am a big fan of The Lean Startup, the book by Eric Rees. In a world that is constantly changing and evolving, the ability to learn and respond quickly is a crucial asset for both start-ups and established companies. I guide leaders in learning the most important things as efficiently as possible to determine the direction of your organization.
